ScrollArea

Custom-styled scroll container with a stable scrollbar gutter. Defaults to `display: block` for responsive children; pass `display="table"` to opt back into Radix's content-width behavior. When the bar must be placed by hand (inset from a rounded edge, spanning only the content), compose `ScrollAreaRoot`, `ScrollAreaViewport` and `ScrollBar` and position the bar with `style`.
